Following the success of DIY Day 2025 at Unmanned Valley, the event is set for an exciting next chapter. On 5, 6 and 7 November 2026, Unmanned Valley and STO Leiden, Duin- en Bollenstreek are joining forces to host the very first Tech Discovery Days: a three-day event dedicated to technology, innovation and exploration.

During the Tech Discovery Days, young people and families will be introduced to the world of technology and engineering in an interactive way. From drones and robotics to programming, building and experimenting: visitors are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and discover just how enjoyable and versatile technology can be.

Thursday 5 November 2026
Primary Education – Years 7 and 8 (Group 7 & 8)
Free admission for schools (registration via STO).

Friday 6 November 2026
Secondary Education – Year 9 (MAVO Year 2)
Free admission for schools (registration via STO).

Saturday 7 November 2026
Public Day for families, makers and other technology enthusiasts.
Admission via tickets (more details to follow).

The educational days on 5 and 6 November are specifically tailored for schools, including free entry and bus transport. On 7 November, Unmanned Valley will open its doors to the general public.
